3 Reasons to give Rotational Movement Training® (RMT®) a Try

Rotational Movement Training®, "RMT®", is unique and new, physically challenging, and a heck of a lot of fun. Unlike traditional workouts and bootcamps, RMT® incorporates fluid movements using fitness tools like an RMT® Club, to maximize the effort required to complete an exercise without forcing sudden increases and decreases in your heart rate. For my fellow bootcampers, forcing your heart rate to increase and decrease rapidly is why they inject high impact work such as mountain climbers, sprints or high knee jumps into your workout; they jack your heart rate up and down to force the burn, make you sweat.

Conversely, RMT® Training is about combining smooth, yet athletic, vertical and horizontal movement to improve physical strength, body mechanics (i.e., joint and muscle flexibility), and athletic ability, which automatically increases your burn without feeling like your heart is going to jump out of your chest.

So, you're probably thinking, "Well, that sounds great, but I love my bootcamp. Why should I try RMT®?"

Here's 3 awesome reasons why:

1. It's NEW. Like you, I have mountain-climbed, push-upped, bear-crawled, and dead-lifted my way through hundreds of bootcamp and strength conditioning classes, waiting for someone to keep me engaged for more than a month or two. Same exercises, same routine, no matter where I went. Even their bootcamp-specific "nutrition" bars and protein powders all look and taste the same! What I love about RMT® is that every workout is different, and super challenging. I am drenched with sweat after every session, whether I'm working myself or a client, and my flexibility and strength keeps increasing without straining my back by "maxing out" my lifting reps, or crushing my wrists with 1000 clapping push-ups.

2. It's FUN. Yup, it's fun! Imagine 30 minutes of swinging a club (sometimes like a samurai), striking the ground, spinning, lunging, squatting, and more! Plus, since you're not being tortured with a million reps of each exercise, you can focus on each movement, and by executing the exercises properly you are burning at an increased level. My average calorie burn in an adult SwingFitt™ 30-minute RMT® session is 450-650 calories, and will vary for everyone, but I'll take it!

3. It's EMPOWERING. Swinging that RMT® Club makes you feel totally badass. Period. Try it once, you'll be hooked!

Moral of the story: You may never have seen an RMT® Club, or heard of an RMT® workout, but it's only 30 minutes of your time, so, come get your fitness on!
