2. Personal Training

There's always been a demand for personal trainers, but now fitness professionals have a wide range of certifications and more education than ever before. Trainers are not only available for home visits and at gyms but also increasingly working at spas, at resorts and for corporations. Wellness coaching takes a holistic approach to health and fitness. This is gaining in popularity because it combines exercise with aspects of nutritional, behavioral and even mental health guidance.
